Greetings! It’s summer time once again and the “Peak Season” is here in the world’s best beach, Boracay Island. We, together with the BORACAY EXTREME SPORTS group will be holding THE SECOND JET SKI COMPETITION on April 26-30, 2007.
This event will be well participated by Jet ski enthusiasts all over the country. The Seadoo club of Manila, Bacolod Jet ski Association, Iloilo Water craft Association, Boracay Watersports Association, and some members JSAP – Jet ski Association of the Philippines, will all participate in this rare opportunity.
Our group is the first, to have the competition approved by our local government because of our safety measures. This will be covered by ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol, Sport Unlimited, Sports magazine, and print media to promote and give credit to our sponsors. Our goal is to unite Jet skiers all over the country by spearheading various events, developing the sport, camaraderie, and tourism for the island as well. Below will be the schedule of events:

We are expecting no less than 50 Jet ski riders & participants from all over the country to join this event. To make this event possible, we would like to “SOLICIT” from your good office to SPONSOR us in anyway you may wish to help us, to augment and defray our project cost and expenditures.
We have 3 categories for sponsorship as follows:
1. Cash sponsorship – see cash sponsorship package.
2. Product ex-deal sponsorship – soft drinks, meals, watercraft accessories, oils, etc.
3. Donation – example: Trophies, t-shirts, entertainers, fuel, etc.

This even shall be full covered by ABS-CBN and sports unlimited. In lieu of the above, we would like to request your good office to help us in any way set up this event. Our sponsorship package will be as follows.

• Shall be allowed to merchandise
• Shall have guaranteed 3 spots daily at Boracay FM radio stations, 15 days and ABS-CBN TV ads for 1 day national.
• Shall be printed as MAJOR SPONSOR in 2 local tabloids, 5 days before the event. Widely spread in Boracay and Iloilo City.
• Shall be allowed to put banners or streamers (3 pcs. 5x1) and (5 pcs 3x1), bantings as much 15% at the race venue and on the race track floaters.

All sponsors listed above, shall be given voice over acknowledgments before, during, and after the 4 day event and will follow through until the awarding. The decorations, banners, bantings, tents, merchandising, shall be through the direction of our venue director, and the organizers shall have the right to remove, or relocate in case it will block the view of our TV camera and the watching public. We will not be responsible for the removal and installation of your advertisements after the event.

When things don’t absolutely turn out well, I seek refuge and I know people do knowThat I usually go to tagaytay, batangas or some long drive near by, but I guessThis time I need a longer break from everything else. aside from the fact that Im not using any phone ( for personal / social purposes ) I just booked myself a ticket to bora, I have less than a month to trim down, hit the gym everyday and go on atkins again.
